Biarchedi Peak is a mountain peak on the south of the Baltoro Glacier in Pakistan. In its southwest is Masherbrum (7,806 m) and in its east is the Miter Peak (6,010 m). In its northeast is the Biarchedi Glacier that flows north into the Baltoro Glacier. .Biarchedi Peak registration is open for all seasons. Biarchedi Peak Expedition is a journey through the Karakoram Mountain range of Pakistan, Gilgit-Baltistan and its mighty white glaciers and grey-back mountains to the heights of the Biarchedi Peak. The peak stands at a staggering 6,781 meters above the sea level and rises just above the Baltoro Glacier.
It is part of the Karakorum Mountains of Pakistan. The Karakorum Mountain Range is a massive chain of mountains across Pakistan and China that hosts one of the greatest mountains of the world including K2 and Gasherbrum. It is 500km long and 200km wide and connects with Hindukush and Himalaya Mountains at few points.
The best time for the ascent to the summit is during the Summers of Pakistan between May to August. After the expedition to the peak, one can trek towards Concordia which is sometimes called the ‘Throne Room of The Mountain Gods’ for the giant peaks that lie in the region or one can head back to Skardu which is considered one of the most beautiful locations in Pakistan for its green pastures and beautiful culture and heritage.
