Reservations of Direct customers
30% of amount of trip will have to pay when both parties agrees, full payment may also be paid at this time. The remaining payment is due upon arrival day or check in date. This policy applies on both domestic and international tourist.
We accept electronic money transfer and bank deposits. Once your tour and price confirm you will receive confirmation email, containing tour plan and dates.
The service will only in Pakistan so the international air ticket will not be entertain by us, the air ticket responsibilities is on you. We can help you, how to buy the ticket.
If payment made by the customer, and due to any reason they cannot make the trip, the reservation can be postponed, without any penalty charges, and can make the schedule again.
To refund and postponed date must be before 10 days prior the date of arrival.
In case of last minute cancellation down payment will not be reimbursed.
In case the customer had no show on the trip after will not reimbursed any type of amount.
Documents need for Reservation
Confirmation of payment you can show by scanning copy of payment or picture of sending payments. Along with the below documents.
• Scan copy of passport.
• Scan copy of visa.
• Passport size photo
• Naming list in case of company or agency along with offer latter provided by us.
• Offer latter with personal information, in case direct customer. (Given name, sur Name, date of birth, name of birth place, passport issue date, passport expiry date, nationality and occupation).
