Along the way, we stopped at Makli Hill, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the largest graveyards in the world, followed by a visit to the beautiful Shah Jahan Mosque in Thatta, built during the Mughal period. If time allows, we also make short stops at the Chaukhandi tombs and the ancient port city of Bhanbore before continuing to Hyderabad for the night.

Today we travel through the heart of Sindh province toward Larkana. On the way, we visit the important Sufi shrines of Lal Shahbaz Qalandar in Sehwan and Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai, two of the most respected saints in the region. These visits offer insight into local spirituality, poetry, and traditions. We then continued to Larkana, located near the Indus River, where we stayed overnight.

In the morning, we visited the ancient city of Mohenjo-daro, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the earliest civilizations in the world. After exploring these fascinating ruins, we drive to Kot Diji Fort, a historic fortress built on the edge of the desert to protect ancient trade routes. Later in the day, we arrive in Sukkur and admire the impressive Sukkur Barrage, an important landmark on the Indus River.

This day involves a longer drive as we move into southern Punjab. En route, we stop at the historic town of Uch Sharif, believed to have ancient origins, and visit the beautiful Tomb of Bibi Jawindi, a UNESCO-listed Sufi monument and pilgrimage site. After the visit, we continue to Bahawalpur, once a princely state ruled by the Nawabs, where we spend the night.

After breakfast, we head into the Cholistan Desert to explore the magnificent Derawar Fort, a massive desert fortress with towering walls visible from far away. We also visit the nearby royal tombs of the Bahawalpur Nawabs and experienced village life in the desert region. In the afternoon, we returned to Bahawalpur for a relaxing evening and overnight stay.

The morning begins with a short city tour of Bahawalpur, where we see historic buildings linked to the Nawab era and explore local markets. Afterward, we drove to Multan, one of the oldest living cities in South Asia, located on the banks of the Chenab River. Upon arrival, we checked into the hotel and rested.

Today is dedicated to exploring Multan, known as the City of Sufis. We visit some of the most important shrines, including Shah Rukn-e-Alam, Bahauddin Zakariya, and Shams Tabriz. These sacred sites reflect the deep spiritual history of the city. We also spend time walking through the Old Bazaar, experiencing local life, crafts, and traditional food.

Leaving Multan, we travel north toward Lahore, the cultural capital of Pakistan. On the way, we stop at Harappa, an important archaeological site from the Indus Valley Civilization dating back to around 2600 BC. After exploring the ruins, we continue to Lahore, where we check in for the night.
