Day 1 Home Country Islamabad • Arrive in Islamabad and meet with the team.
• Briefing on the expedition.
• Overnight in hotel.
Day 2 Islamabad Skardu • Flight (or 12–16 hrs jeep ride) to Skardu.
• Rest and prepare for the journey ahead.
Day 3 Skardu Askole • 6–8 hour jeep ride to Askole.
• Camp overnight.
Day 4–9 Askole Gasherbrum I Base Camp • 7–8 day trek via Biafo Glacier, Concordia, and Gondogoro La.
• Acclimatization and camping en route.
Day 9–12 Base Camp Camp I & Camp II (round trip) • Acclimatization climbs to Camp I (6,100 m) & Camp II (6,700 m).
• Return to Base Camp for rest.
Day 12–27 Base Camp Summit of Gasherbrum I • Begin summit push from Camp II.
• Establish Camp III (7,200 m).
• Attempt summit and return.
Day 27–33 Gasherbrum I Skardu via Askole • Descend to Base Camp.
• Trek back to Askole.
• Jeep ride to Skardu.
Day 34 Skardu Islamabad • Flight or drive back to Islamabad.
